Why Our Stokers are No1!

At Contact Fabrications Ltd we design and manufacture high efficient CO2 friendly wood pellet stokers and coal fired stokers. Both our units (stokers) can have fuel saving controls with step down fuel stages as it reaches the required temperatures. Our system monitors for correct Fuel and Air ratios at all times to keep efficiency at a high.

Safety

All wood pellet units have heat sensors which in case of burn back (FIRE) closes a fuel damper and releases water in to the conveyer tube to extinguish any fires or naked flames.

Conversions from Coal to Wood Pallet

Contact Fabrications working along side Instertherm can also upgrade coal fired boilers to wood pellet with all new control panels and safety devices needed to ensure that safety is number one! Once the conversion is complete it is then commissioned and final tweaks are made by our own in house trained Engineers to ensure the stoker is running to the very highest efficiency with maximum output.
